DOCUMENTATION

When applying for admission during an open call, candidates submit the original documents for verification, and along with the application form, they submit photocopies of the following documents: 

  1. diploma and diploma supplement, i.e., certificate of completed study program of the first and second cycle of studies; 
  1. proof related to published scientific or research papers (photocopies of published papers, i.e., confirmation of the journal they were published in along with DOI number); 
  1. proof of proficiency in one world language; 
  1. proof of payment of the application fee. 

 

Upon application, candidates who have a foreign higher education document submit a confirmation that the recognition procedure at the University has been initiated. 

If necessary, the Faculty may request other documents from the candidate. 

Candidates who have been admitted to a study program submit the following enrollment documents: 

– certified photocopies of documents and original documents for verification, 

– birth certificate (the Faculty, i.e., the University obtains ex officio a birth certificate, except for foreign citizens who are required to submit this document at registration);  

– completed form SV-20 (the form is also filled in electronically); 

– student booklet, i.e. index (if it is not provided by the Faculty), 

– two 4.5×3.5 cm-sized photographs, 

– proof of payment of the fee for the registration costs (if a fee is required); 

– proof of payment of tuition fee (or part of the tuition fee) for self-funded students, 

– proof of payment of the fee for the Center for Career Development and Student Counselling, 

– any other document, if requested. 

Candidates who have completed the previous level/ cycle of studies abroad, are required to submit the decision signed by the Rector of the University of Belgrade on the recognition of a foreign higher education document (at the time of admission). 

Admission period  

no earlier than September 2, and no later than October 17, 2024, in accordance with the schedule of the Faculty – application and receipt of documents; 

– no later than October 25, 2024, at 12 o’clock – the University publishes the final ranking lists of study programs that are the requirement for enrollment; 

– no later than October 30, 2024 – enrollment of candidates; 

– no later than October 31, 2024 – the Faculties submit to the University the number of enrolled students according to study programs and the enrollment quota.
