Erasmus+ mobility

Erasmus+ flag

Erasmus+ Key Action 1 supports mobility in the education, training and youth sectors and aims to bring long lasting benefits to the participants and the organizations involved. As a university from the partner country, the University of Belgrade has established successful cooperation with more than 200 different European universities from the program countries (KA107), and this number increases every day.

For students and staff interested in coming to the University of Belgrade:

Information on Erasmus+ activities of the University of Belgrade, including information on partner universities, scholarships, open calls and application procedures for students and staff, can be found at university’s online platform for internationalization and mobility: MobiON

Important: Students and staff interested in mobility cannot submit individual applications for mobility to the European Commission, Erasmus+ agencies or offices, or directly to the preferred host university, but should instead apply within their home university. All potential applicants for the mobility at the University of Belgrade must use the MobiOn platform in order to apply for mobility and should note that those applications received or sent in any way other than through “MobiOn” will not be accepted. All incoming candidates must previously be officially nominated by their home universities.

For foreign universities interested in establishing Erasmus+ KA1 cooperation with the University of Belgrade:

At the moment, the University of Belgrade establishes cooperation within the Erasmus+ KA107 action only with partner universities from the program countries. Cooperation conditions are defined within the mandatory inter-institutional agreement, agreed upon and signed before any mobility takes place. On behalf of the University of Belgrade, inter-institutional agreements are managed exclusively by the central IRO, and signed by the rector of the University.

The suitable inter-institutional agreement model between the University of Belgrade and its foreign partners must therefore be the one for program and partner countries. We suggest our colleagues from program countries interested in proposing KA107 cooperation to the University of Belgrade to contact the UB International Relations Office directly for all relevant information, details and procedures at the University of Belgrade that are a mandatory and integral part of any valid inter-institutional agreement.
