The University library Svetozar Marković mainly helps students, teachers and associates of the University of Belgrade, but also renders its services to the other users from this and other countries. The library is a central base of all other higher education libraries of Belgrade, Niš, and Kragujevac. The general (Students’) reading room, the Professors’ reading room and the reading room for periodicals offer 120 seats to the users, and the services of the Internet centre can be used by 15 library members every day. The Institute for Medical Research, The Institute Mihailo Pupin and The Institute for the Nuclear Energy Application (INEP) are currently in the process of admission.
